Why get pizza delivered that tastes like cardboard, when this pizza delivers gob-fulls of flavour? Parsley, rosemary, mozzarella and SPAM® Classic create a pizza worthy of celebration. We suggest celebrating with a pizza party.

  • 1 can of SPAM® Classic 340g; cubed
  • 2-3 cans tomato sauce
  • Fresh mozzarella cheese
  • Mushrooms as desired
  • Red onion as desired
  • Parsley
  • Rosemary to garnish
  • Pizza crust:
  • 1.5 teaspoons active dry yeast
  • ½ teaspoon brown sugar
  • 335ml warm water
  • 30ml of olive oil
  • 400g of flour


  • 1.
    In a large bowl, dissolve the yeast and brown sugar in the water and let sit for 10 minutes.

    Stir the salt and oil into the yeast solution. Mix in 300 grams of the flour.

  • 3.Turn dough out onto a clean well-floured surface and knead in more flour until the dough is no longer sticky. Place the dough into a well-oiled bowl and cover with a cloth. Let the dough rise until double; this should take about 1 hour. Punch down the dough and form a tight ball. Allow the dough to relax for a minute before rolling out.

    Preheat oven to 220°C.  

  • 5.
    Place crust on pizza stone and add SPAM® Classic and all other desired toppings to the dough.

  • 6.
    Bake pizza in preheated oven until the cheese and crust are golden brown, about 15 to 20 minutes.
