½ can SPAM® Lite, slice then cut into strips (about 0.5cm)
2 tablespoons cooking oil
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 small onion, sliced
1 cup broccoli florets
1 small carrot, sliced oblique
2 cups cabbage, chopped
½ cup button mushrooms, halved
½ cup baby corn, halved
¼ cup sliced capsicums
¼ cup oyster sauce
Salt and pepper, to taste
Splash of water if dry (optional depending on quality of vegetables)
Cornstarch slurry to thicken sauce (optional)
1.Heat oil in pan, sauté garlic and onion.
Add SPAM® Lite strips and sauté for another minute.
Add broccoli and carrots, cook for a minute.
Add cabbage; and cook for another minute.
Add the rest of the ingredients and season with oyster sauce.
